The Bachelor's Degree in Prevention and Integral Safety and Security focuses on training students capable of coordinating the implementation of risk management systems in the sectors of public and private security, the environment, quality, and corporate social responsibility.
The degree, with 70% of employment among its graduates and the option of enrolling in paid work placements, offers both onsite and online teaching (please check information for the online course here), and provides its graduates with a versatility in their training which increases their possibilities of entering the second most important sector in terms of employment options.
Graduates will be professionals capable of providing an efficient response to different decision making processes within the prevention and security sector, such as those related with financial, administrative and human resources, and processes related with the sector’s technological aspects.
Taking into account the difficulties many Spanish companies have to acquire four different management systems with distinct structures and multiple costs (safety, the environment, quality and corporate social responsibility) and the existing professional demands, this degree prepares students to become versatile professionals and increase their opportunities in the labour market.
The Bachelor's Degree in Prevention and Integral Safety and Security is addressed to those interested in security management safety, the environment, quality and social and corporate responsibility, in both the public and the private sector. They will need a capacity for analysis, for making decisions under pressure, for organisation, planning, and working and leading teams.
Continuous assessment, taking into account all the student's work. Combination of continuous assessment, attendance, exams and practical assignments.
