Profile of the university

Wszechnica Polska University in Warsaw is one of the most dynamically developing private University in Poland in terms of didactical base, broad range of taught courses and opportunities for students. It was established in 2001 by the group of enthusiastic scholars and social activists who wanted to create the possibility for academic education for high school graduates as well as for adults who are parallely working and studying.

The school priority is to prepare students for their chosen career considering the needs of the job market. The study programs are based on the experience of our professors, collaboration with academic centers, as well as the opinions of potential employers. We offer 10 Bachelor Programs and 7 Master Programs, both located in two Institutes: Institute of Administration and Finance and Institute of Philology and Pedagogy.

We also offer 23 programs of postgraduate studies. Wszechnica employs approximately 200 academic staff and 25 administration staff; and has at least 1600 students, of which majority is in the adult study program. Classes take place in the Palace of Culture and Science on the 8th floor and in the educational building at 10 Karmelicka Street, where also the University’s library is located. Innovative study programs allow also for virtual participation in courses; part of the courses is conducted on e-learning platform. The courses can be conducted in English. Students of Wszechnica Polska can participate in the international exchange program Erasmus+ and FSS. Since 2007 Wszechnica Polska is a participant in European Higher Education Area (Bologna Process) and uses European Credit Transfer System (ECTS).
